What we collect through this website, and what we do with it.
This policy is incomplete and has not been reviewed by counsel. The sections marked below need answers from the business before it can be published, and the page is kept out of the search index until then.
What we collect
The estimate form on this site asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your ZIP code, and which service you are enquiring about. Those four fields are the only personal information this website asks you to provide.
If you call one of the numbers on this site, you are giving us your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
Whether this site runs analytics, advertising pixels or call-tracking software — and if so, which — is not yet documented. Each of those collects information automatically and has to be disclosed here by name.
What we use it with
We use what you give us to contact you about the work you asked about — to call you back, arrange an inspection, and send you a quote.
Which systems your details are stored in, how long they are kept, who else receives them, and what consent your phone number carries for calls and texts. None of these can be answered from the website alone, and none of them will be guessed at here.
