These terms have not been reviewed by counsel and the sections marked below are unanswered. The page is kept out of the search index until both are resolved.
Estimates and quotes
Anything on this website is a description of the work we do, not an offer of a contract. Prices, timelines and scope come from a written quote after an inspection of your property, and nothing on this site changes what that quote says.
A quote is not a contract either. The work is governed by the agreement you sign before it starts.
Our workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 25 years. The warranty document issued with your project sets out what it covers and what it does not; where this page and that document differ, that document is the one that counts. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and come from the manufacturer.
This website
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Coldstream Exteriors. Job photographs are of work our crews carried out.
We keep the site as accurate as we can, but it is a description of services, not a specification. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will put the answer in writing.
The registered legal entity and state, the governing law and venue for disputes, and any limitation-of-liability terms. These have to come from counsel, not from a website build.
